This half term we are learning to play safely with a partner when using equipment and how to roll and retrieve a hoop. We have practising rolling the hoop and now we are trying to pass through the hoop as it is rolling! It is quite a challenge!!

Now that we have returned to school, we have finally been able to make our puppets as part of our topic on past and present toys. We know lots of interesting facts about Teddy bears. Ask us about them!

Thank you to all the children who brought in their teddy bears for our immersive learning day to start our new topic. We wrote adjectives to describe our bears in English, made collage bears, sketched our bears and even made an edible bear! What a busy day! We are going to be learning about the history of the teddy bear and what other toys people used to play with in the past. What is the oldest toy you have in your home?
